CNAS-15189是按照CL02进行认证的结果，CAP-15189是融合了美国CAP和ISO两项标准进行的认证。

Certified by the CAP (College of American Pathologiests) or A2LA (American Association of Laboratory Accredidation).  Although the requirements are similar, the ISO standard goes much further in terms of its requirements for a quality management system and for the document management system.  A2LA is the only accreditation body in the United States with the following dual recognitions in clinical laboratory testing.  CAP certifies to its own version of 15189, called CAP 15189.  By contrast, A2LA accredit to ISO 15189:2012.
