新版GCP《总则》第十条规定：临床试验的实施应当遵守利益冲突回避原则。
那么：
-         “利益冲突回避原则”，与FDA的研究者财务状况披露原则不同。实操中如何把握？是否会有更加详细的规定，比方说多少钱、递交的表格。
-         通常哪些实体、人员会被要求？能否直接采用FDA Form3455收集研究者的, 供应商的如果体现？
-         利益冲突，是否包含了伦理委员会对伦理委员的利益冲突规定还是只报告研究者和申办者的利益冲突？

新版GCP《总则》第八条规定：“试验药物的制备应当符合临床试验用药品生产质量管理相关要求。”
那么，相关要求是什么？国外提供的临床药物，是否也需要符合这些要求？

新版GCP《总则》第一条规定：…本规范适用于为申请药品注册而进行的药物临床试验。药物临床试验的相关活动应当遵守本规范。
那么，不为药品注册而进行的药物临床试验是否不需要遵循GCP? 不在适用范围的试验包括哪些？ BE的预试验是否不在范围？

关于SOP的两个问题：1) SOP内容涉及到跨部门合作，该SOP是否需要在建立过程中，让涉及到的部门参与审核？
2.) 外资药企在中国的SOP，假如属于global SOP，内容操作也是一致的，比如Site initiation visit process, 它是一份纯中文版本和一份纯英文版本，两个文件呢？还是一份中英文对照文件，采用一段英文再一段中文的格式？
